- First-Time Passport Applicant
  For a first-time applicant, a minor-now-adult passport renewal.
- Minor Passport Renewal (Under 16 years old)
  For a minor, 15 and under, who needs to renew a previous passport.
- Minor Passport Renewal (16 or 17 years old)
  For a 16 or 17 year old, at time of appointment, who needs to renew a previous passport.
- Replace a Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Passport
  For an applicant with a damaged, lost, or stolen passport.
- Passport Renewal Review
  ATTN: Passport Renewals must be submitted by you, the customer.
  This appointment is specific to application review (DS-82) to ensure accuracy and completion prior to your submission.
Other Services
- Photo Only (Printed, Digital or Combo)
  Initial or Renewal Passport Application, those with visas, or other paperwork requiring a 2X2 passport photo within the last six months.
- Notary $5
  Stand-alone service for anyone requiring notary services, not just for passport purposes. It is $5 each time the notary signs.
