Two Amazingly on-time and friendly ladies helped our two kids get passport photos and submit the paperwork. It was very easy, they were so friendly. The facility was calm and clean and even had a nice little play area for the kids. I never thought getting passports could be so seamless!!!!

Incredible Service
My family of 4 was able to make appointments to get our passports renewed/applied for. I received a personal reminder call from the office the day before our appointment and was asked if I had any questions about the process. The next day all of our paperwork was completed in 20 minutes. No lines. No waiting. It feels like it was a dream. THIS is what municipal service delivery should be like. New Brighton operates like a well-oiled machine.
Super Fast and Efficient
The process for getting applications processed for my kids was super efficient. They called ahead to make sure I knew what I had to bring (and for kids, it's birth certificates, both parents (or notarized documents), copies of birth certificates, parents passports, copies of parents passports, etc.), and because I had everything ready we managed to get both kids processed in less than 20 minutes, including pictures. A+++

Had a family of 5 go in for passports with all paperwork, photos, and documents in hand. They did an amazing job and had us out within 20 minutes with everything completed. Was a great find to have a later appointment for passports so working family's can bring their children after school. Would highly recommend this place for getting passports, they are very friendly and know the requirements thoroughly.

Best experience in a govt office...ever!
We went in to get passports--1st timers. Not only were we able to get back to back appointments, but they called us ahead of time to make sure we brought correct stuff. When we got there, we didn't have to wait and then were helped quickly. She was so friendly and helpful and gave us great advice when we needed to postpone our daughter's application until after her driving test. 5+ stars---best experience!

This service works really well with the appt. style of service. I got in, had my documents already prepared and it only took 15 minutes to get my documentation processed for my passport. Of course, it will take two to three months to get my actual passport. But the person who is in charge of the passport processing is doing a wonderful job, Kudos!!
Best passport experience ever!
Have you had miserable experiences with passport appplications/renewals at the Post Office/AAA/County Service centers, or other "take a number" locations?
Well, New Brighton has it figured out (at least on Saturdays). Its nearly a joy.
Find an open time on their website, sign up, get reminder notifications with clear, unambiguous instructions.
Show up on on time, ring a buzzer, get let in by the very same person who will review the paperwork, take a picture, and process payment... in like 15 minutes - start to finish.
Bravo New Brighton, bravo.

One of the easiest passport renewal experiences we had. Completed the form and had all copies of supporting documents prepared ahead of time, made appointment online, so we were in and out very quickly. Took photo there, which is more convenient than having to make a separate trip somewhere else for the passport photos.

When I had a hard time finding an appointment at every other passport office around me, the city of New Brighton pulled through with an appointment available the next day. The lady helping process my application was very kind and everything went very smoothly. I appreciate that they had kids toys available to keep the little ones entertained and a park near the parking lot to help them run off some energy before going home. 100% recommend this passport office.

From the time I entered the office to the time I stepped out, 10 minutes total. Excellent service, great staff. I came earlier than my appointment time not knowing how busy it’s going to be. When I came in, I was the only client in the entire room. Knowing I’m 20 minutes early, I was willing to wait but the friendly and very helpful staff took me in and started on my paperwork. I’m glad, I came to this office.

We were impressed with how easy it was to schedule the appointments, receive an email confirmation, and a reminder call before the appointment. We also were happy to walk right in, meet with the employee right away, and we were in and out in about 20 minutes. We were ordering new (renewal) passports for two children and had her take pictures too. This will definitely be our new place to go for passports, thank you!
